I will be definatley recording my Big Beat set in Preston, so watch this space!
Support so far for the E.P. so far has been fantastic and all the copies on Juno have been sold out! I even sent it to Norman Cook himself for feedback, so I’ll let you know if he gets back!
Speaking of Re-Edits of His Majesty Andre. I’ve done one myself!
I think Freddy Fresh has a copy of that version, as he played it on one of his mixes. Maybe I’ll ask him!
The copy of Satisfaction Skank I have begins with some audience FX, a guy going “1, 2, 1, 2”, gutar tuning up, then House Of Pain sample.
It’s a radio broadcast of the free mix he gave out on his offficial website to promote his tour of Brazil.
Not so much Big Beat Fatboy, but it’s a very nice mix (especially His Majesty Andre and the ‘Cope, Because I Learn To Cope’ remix with the Horn samples),.
