Remix of an old Stealers Wheel tune

I am in Dallas, Texas, and keep hearing a deadly breakbeat remix of the Stealers Wheel song “Stuck In The Middle With You”, but can’t seem to find anyone who knows where it came from.

Any ideas, would appreciate.
