Hi Guys,
I’m trying to track down an old Acid House/Breaks tune called:
The Original – Get On The Floor (Groovin Ya Records)
I used to have it on Vinyl years ago, but can’t find it anywhere in my Library. I remember it was an obscure American 4-Track EP, on Groovin Ya Records, and this track was the B-Side, first or second track. It’s not on Discogs as far as I can see, I think I got it on Ebay but can’t find it anywhere on there either.
The track has the basic beat from Josh Wink’s ‘Higher State’ a 2-1-3 breakbeat, then a rising 303 ‘Acid’ Synth throughout.
The tune is featured as the second track in (after ‘Shake Yer Rope’ by the Prophets Of Sound) on this video of Fatboy at Glastonbury in 2000: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCDvfbldh28
If anyone see’s or has a copy of this PLEASE let me know, I will share the track if/when I find it and am not worried about purchasing any copy people turn up.
